February 13, 2015 — April marks the end of the RENURE registration date for many company entities located in Argentina. Argentinean entities are required to renew their RENURE registrations annually. Processing times to renew the corporate registration are slated to be longer for 2015.
Argentinean law mandates that any in-coumtry company entity is required to register with RENURE (Registro Nacional Único de Requirentes Extranjeros/National Registry of Foreigner Requirements) in order to be eligible to sponsor foreign nationals. Copies of the registration certificates must also be attached to each work visa application.
