General Process

  1. Document Collection
  2. Business Harbor Visa application at Polish consulate
  3. Entry to Poland
  4. Submit residency application to prolong the permit

·        Biometric Passport Pictures

·        Travel Insurance

·        Work permit

·        Marriage and Birth Certificates for Dependents

Primary Employer Documents

·        ZUS ZUA + ZUS ZCNA

·        Employment Agreement

 

Validity

Validity is one year. Extension is possible by applying for Residence Permit with Right to Work or Blue Card.

Deregistration

Not applicable.

Red Flags and Special Criteria

The Business Harbor Program is for IT specialists and their families, as well as owners and employees of IT companies with a special, accelerated, immigration track.
