The former Operations team member will join AIReS’ West Coast Regional Office’s sales team.
Ms. Ptak transitions to the role of Account Manager, having previously served as the Sales and Client Relations Coordinator in AIReS’ Central Regional Office, supporting the efforts of the Sales and Marketing teams. She came to AIReS with a background in customer service, having been referred by a current AIReS client, and spent two years as a Relocation Specialist.
In her new role, Ms. Ptak will be working with clients and calling on prospects in Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah.
On her goals for her clients: “I look forward to being a resource and bringing value to my customers, both internal and external. I look forward to contributing to AIReS’ growth by bringing in new business. And I also look forward to my personal growth, and continuing to learn and expand my knowledge and skills.”
Ms. Ptak holds a B.A. from Michigan State University.
