Aires is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Meadowcroft to Vice President of Customer Experience. In this new role, he will provide strategic oversight to all client services as they relate to people, process, and technology while ensuring global consistency in corporate customer experience. Among other responsibilities, the position will focus on participating in IT initiatives to ensure client satisfaction, leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance all customer experiences, coaching staff towards improved performance, and serving as a cultural ambassador for Aires.

He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, and we look forward to the impact that he will have on our organization in this new role as Vice President of Customer Experience.”
Joining Aires in 2015, Meadowcroft has served as Global Client Services Manager, Global Operations and Technology Manager, and most recently, Director of EMEA Operations. Meadowcroft’s credentials include a bachelor’s degree from Loughborough University with a focus in Information Management and Business Studies.
