Aires is pleased to announce that Andrew Meadowcroft will be stepping into the role of General Manager for EMEA, effective June 1, 2026.
Since joining Aires in 2015, Andrew has been instrumental in scaling our EMEA operation and strengthening our client partnerships across the region. His leadership has consistently focused on building strong teams, delivering exceptional service, and positioning mobility as a strategic driver of business performance.
Throughout his tenure, Andrew has worked across both service delivery and client leadership, ensuring our teams operate as true extensions of our clients' organizations. As Vice President of Customer Experience, he drove meaningful organizational improvements that elevated customer retention and service excellence scores across the business.
Andrew's leadership philosophy centers on simplifying complexity, developing talent, and maintaining a people-centric approach to support our clients' most valuable asset – their people. His commitment to creating space for diverse voices and encouraging curiosity has consistently led to better outcomes for our customers and teams alike.
His contributions to our industry were recently recognized when he was named a "Next Leader Now" by Solutions 21 in 2025.
